Returns, withdrawals & complaints

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day period starts when you, or someone appointed by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account or send a clear message to shop@randombastards.com before the 14-day period has expired. Include your name, order number and the item(s) concerned. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.

Please notify us before sending a parcel so that we can confirm the procedure and, where appropriate, offer an exchange or another solution. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

Returning the goods

After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. You are responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise. Use suitable packaging and retain proof of postage.

Condition and value reduction

You may inspect and try an item as you reasonably would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and function. Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible, but opening ordinary packaging does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings, including sealed vinyl records or CDs, after the seal has been broken.

Refunds

We will refund payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that they were sent back. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without additional fees.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact shop@randombastards.com as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos. Statutory complaint rights are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by this policy.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. We will try to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has started.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
